Description

Stunning pair of ewer-form vases by Royal Bonn, Germany, circa 1890–1910, the subtly lobed earthenware bodies molded with floral and foliate motifs, hand-painted with blossoming cherry branches, highlighted with sponged and moriage-style gilt, 7" tall overall, each with red "Royal Bonn 1755" crown mark and identical hand-painted decorator's marks. One with two small glazed-over molding flaws to foot, and and occasional mild rub to gilt, otherwise very fine, attractive condition, with no cracks, chips, crazing, or staining.
Increasingly elusive in intact pairs. A handsome accent for your period room or collection of antique ceramics!

eBay holds every buyer's payment for two business days before releasing it to the seller.
This means that if you pay late on a Thursday night, your payment will not clear until at least Tuesday. If you pay on a Monday morning, your payment will not clear until at least Wednesday. Again, please take this into account.
