    Antique C 1890-1920 marked with both stamped and incised marks of that time period Franz Anton Mehlem Bonn Germany 8 1/2" plate depicting the stunning Madame Recamier on a brown background. Does show crazing and staining which is quite typical of many Mehlem pieces however no chips or cracks.
