A beautiful BAVARIAN TRAY

UNO Favorite was the mark used by Burley & Tyrrell & Co. of Chicago, IL.  This company was an importer of Bavarian, German, French, English, Japanese & Limoges porcelain items from 1871-1932.  The Buchanan Studios was an American decorating studio operating in Indianapolis, IN from 1915-1932.
The condition of this tray is excellent.  We can find no defects or damage.  There are no chips, nicks, cracks, hairlines, scratches or rubbings.  The gold appears to be as applied with only minor wear--highlighting the smooth rim of the tray and separating the tan border from the white center.
Please inspect the photos carefully.  As collectors ourselves, we tend to be very picky.  The artwork on this is beautiful with the very realistic looking single roses nestled among the green leaves.  The artist was quite talented and the tray looks very beautiful with the simple floral display.
The lip of the tray stands 9/16" high and rim to rim this measures 12 3/4" by 9 5/8".  Even though the tray is very large, it sits very flatly on the table.  So many of them wobble when in use.
