German Bisque Spill Vase with Dog / Heubach / Antique Germany Figurine

Sadly I'm "thinning out" my stuff and will be selling many of my "treasures" over the next several months.
I've often used this nice antique German bisque spill vase to put yellow flowers in it (dandelions included!  LOL) because yellow and gold flowers really bring out the yellow/gold accents on the "bag" -  I've sat it on the night stand of a guest room to welcome guests and I've displayed it in my living room, kitchen and even on my bathroom vanity!
It's in excellent condition with no chips, breaks, repairs, etc...  there is one spot on the bottom of a "ruffle" that doesn't feel as smooth as the rest of the ruffle but under a jewelers magnification loop there it is not a visible chip and there doesn't appear to be a piece of the ruffle missing - I think it's just where the ruffle "ruffles".
The molding is great on this vase - the yellow/gold design on the "bag are highly raised, the ruffles are deeply molded, the puppy's eyes are deep set, the mouth is inset where the lips meet, the ears have fold lines, the paws have inset lines between the toes, etc....
This nice figurine was sold to me many years ago as a "Heubach"  - it is numbered along the bottom of the backside but the marking on the bottom (embedded into the white bisque) is very faint and unclear so I can't say for certain, though it certainly looks like other Heubach dog figurines I've seen.
Approximately 4" long - 3" tall and 2.5" wide.
