ok, i'm guessing about the Germany part, but doesn't he look like a German Porcelain doll? i think so. And i think he was a bottle stopper when he was made. Again, i am guessing. This little child has been with me for a long time, but i am selling some of my drinking memorabelia today. he is only 2 1/2 inches tall, and i wanted to be sure to show you size so that you know what you're getting.
