    Here we have match holder made by Schafer Vater that has a portrayal of the plump Mr.Pickwick,from the Dickens novel,dressed in his fine clothing and holding a glass of wine. It stands 5" tall and comes without chips or damage of any kind. It has 24 holes surrounding the top edge for holding matches and a recess in the front for used matches. Unmarked on the base but is Schafer Vater,please excuse the bright spots as they are camera flash.
