Victorian Antique Vtg German Porcelain Fairing Souvenir BEAR & TEDDY ROOSEVELT

Description

Offered for sale is a Wonderful Antique Victorian German Fairing Souvenir featuring a Bear opening a Guard House to reveal someone inside.....it appears to be Teddy Roosevelt.
The front reads: "US Guard House" and "Chambersburg, PA".
Measures approx. 2 3/4 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches tall by 1 3/4 inches deep.
Marked "Germany" on the back.
As you can see from the photos, this piece does have several light (stable) hairline cracks. There is wear to the paint/slight discoloration.  There is small strange object inside which is attached to the piece.....I am not sure what this is but most likely occurred when the piece was made.  Please refer to photos.
